Ordered the wrong size or color? No problem!
Please email us at info@solediersocks.com to begin the return/exchange process. As long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and packaging is intact, we will be happy to process your return/exchange. For returns to original form of payment there is a small shipping fee of $6.00.
(Minus items returned due to a defect.)
Return & Exchange Policy:
- Requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new, unworn condition with the packaging attached.
- Apparel must have packaging attached and be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume/cologne scents, make-up, and animal hair.
- We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
- In the event that an incorrect address is input, an additional shipping charge will incur.

All socks are shipped within one business day of your order. Apparel and drinkware can take up to five business days depending on demand.
At SOLEDIER SOCKS, we do everything within our power to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, but there are some things that are out of our control. Once we have handed the package off to the delivery service (i.e. USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc.) please understand that we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
